Spot Pal Fit

Spot Pal Fit is a custom fit tongue training appliance designed to teach proper tongue position by encouraging the tongue to rest  in the roof of the mouth.  Its custom, unobtrusive design, makes it comfortable to wear and does not interfere with the ability to communicate.  Studies have shown that proper tongue placement can greatly increase endurance, flexibility, strength and power. Spot pal fit can also be worn when playing sports that do not require a mouth guard to protect the teeth.
