Customer Purchase Agreement
By checking this box you agree that you fully understand all details of the pricing package
you selected in terms of payment and shipping. All pricing is available on thespotpal.com for
your review. All of our price packages require a one time fee besides our monthly coverage
plan which requires a recurring monthly fee. Please see specific details for each pricing
package below. We will deliver your order to you as soon as reasonably possible and will endeavor to ship your order within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order.
One Spot Pal Jr/Spot Pal Original: This is a one time fee and your purchase will include one Spot Pal and one scan. Your device can be picked up or delivered after you have completed your scan and your
device has been created.
2 Spot Pals: This is a one time fee and your purchase will include one scan and two Spot
Pals. Your device can be picked up or delivered after you have completed
your scan and your device has been created. Your two Spot Pals will be delivered together at the same
time.
3 For 3: This is a one time fee and your purchase includes three scans and three devices which can be used up to ten years after your purchase. Your additional two Spot Pals can be requested on our website any time within the ten year period. Your device can be picked up or delivered after you have completed your scan and your device has been created. This purchase includes three separate deliveries. You will receive one device at a time unless requested differently.
Pro: This is a one time fee and covers up to a maximum of eight scans and eight devices up to ten years after your purchase. Your additional Spot Pals can be requested on our website any time within the ten year period. Your device can be picked up or delivered after you have completed your scan and your
device has been created. This purchase covers up to eight deliveries. You will receive one device at a time unless requested differently.
Monthly Coverage: With your purchase of one Spot Pal (Jr or Original) we offer a monthly coverage plan that will reduce the cost of an additional device. A predetermined deductible will apply and prorate over time and/or with use. This insurance will cover a new Spot Pal device if lost or damaged, however it does not include any additional scans. The insurance can be added to any of our packages. Please note that the charge for this insurance will automatically renew each month and can be cancelled at any time. We will only deliver one Spot Pal at a time with this option.
